Quick Quick Runner LLC (“Company”, “We”, or “our”
) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes (a) the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Company’s “Quick Quick Runner” App (our “App
“), and (b) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies to information we collect:
- On the App.
- In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the App.
- Through in-app applications you download from the App, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and the App.
- When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party apps and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.
Except as otherwise provided in this policy, it does not apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website or application operated by Company or any third party; or
- Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the App.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under-age 13 may provide any information to or on the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the App or through any of its features, register on the App, make any purchases through the App, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Personal information we collect
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your mobile device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your mobile device. Additionally, as you browse the App, we collect information about the individual pages or features of the App that you view, what apps or search terms referred you to the App, and information about how you interact with the App. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
– “Log files” track actions occurring on the App, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
– “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the App.

Sharing your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Functionality within our App may permit you to roam and access services, preferences, and content across your computing devices from phones to tablets. Rather than residing as a static software program on your device, key components of the App are cloud-based, updated periodically, to provide you with the latest improvements and features. In order to provide this experience, we collect data about you, your device, and the way you use our App.

Please note that we do not alter our App’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When you place an order through the App, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.]
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Company and the App is based in the United States and, regardless of where you access the App, the information collected as part of that use will be transferred to and maintained on servers located in the United States. Any information we obtain about you will be stored in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, regulations, and standards, which may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the United States in accordance with the foregoing.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the App.
